At Graffina we are confident that you will be more than happy with your new art. We strive to provide our customers with quality work and we stand behind our art with a 100% quality guarantee. Each work is created custom per order. We are dedicated to be neat, clean, careful and responsible when packaging your prints to avoid any damage. Due to the nature and delicacy of paper/canvas, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
If there was a mistake on our part as in sending you the wrong print, please contact us immediately at hello@graffina.com. Please make sure that the print/canvas is in its original condition when returned. If the print/canvas is received bent, marked, dirty, or scratched, then it will not qualify for a refund.
