** Free Shipping on all US orders.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

All of our Fine Art Paper Prints ship within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Canvas Prints might take 7-14 business days to ship as all prints are made to order. All items ship USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $30.00 Flat Rate Fee

Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. Tracking information isn’t always available for international shipping. International transit times vary according to how long an item remains in customs. Please allow at least 2 weeks. The customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country. Orders shipping outside the US and which prints are 30 inches or more in width or height may accrue additional charges. Graffina will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside the US.

** Graffina is not responsible for delays, damage or loss during transit. Occasional damage in transit happens and is out of our control. We are happy to work with you to immediately resolve any damage that might occur. However, damage in transit is relatively rare. Please Email us at hello@graffina.com right away if there was any damages and provide us with Images of the damaged packaging.
